A highly strategic and innovative GTM Excellence Platforms and AI Strategist to drive the optimization and automation of our GTM (Go-To-Market) tools, platforms, and processes. This leader will ensure that our GTM teams leverage technology and AI to maximise productivity and effectiveness while aligning with our business objectives.
This role requires a forward-thinking strategist who is deeply knowledgeable about AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, sales and revenue operations, and enablement best practices. • 8+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or related fields.
• Proven track record of optimizing AI, automation, and productivity tools within GTM organizations.
• Expertise in AI-driven sales enablement, workflow automation, and process architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, Gong, Aviso, and other GTM platforms.
• Ability to translate complex systems and workflows into digestible, actionable frameworks.
• Experience driving change management and adoption of new technologies within a fast-paced organization.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
The GTM Systems team at Wiz currently sits at ~10 people, responsible for growth of all Go-to-Market infrastructure in a high-growth org.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Tool & Platform Optimization for GTM Teams
Enable the field on all GTM-related tools and platforms, ensuring they are effectively leveraged to drive productivity.
Optimise the usage of platforms such as Gong, Aviso, Salesforce, Outreach, Demand base, Seismic and others to enhance team performance.
Define best practices, governance, and adoption strategies for technology utilisation within the GTM organisation.
Partner with cross-functional teams (RevOps, Product Marketing, IT) to integrate and streamline GTM workflows.
Enablement AI Strategy & GTM AI Proficiency
Develop and execute an AI enablement strategy that ensures the GTM organisation is proficient in generative AI and agentic AI applications across workflows.
Research, recommend, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve automation, forecasting, customer insights, and productivity.
Educate and train teams on how to leverage AI tools effectively in their day-to-day workflows.
Stay ahead of AI trends and continuously evolve our AI strategy to align with industry advancements and company goals.
GTM Excellence Team Optimization
Oversee how the GTM Excellence team uses tools and platforms to drive efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the broader GTM organisation.
Identify and implement workflow automation and AI-driven insights that improve the impact of GTM excellence programs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the ability of GTM Excellence to deliver value.
Enablement, Training & Revenue Operations Support
Work closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to ensure GTM teams are fully enabled on all tools, platforms, and processes.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that improve tool adoption and proficiency.
Act as a strategic partner to RevOps in defining system processes, data integrity, and automation opportunities.
Provide guidance on best practices for technology-driven sales enablement.
