The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer who knows that quality engineering is about making deliberate choices that stand the test of time. An Engineer who believes in crafting thoughtful solutions and holds themself to a high standard in terms of what qualifies as good enough to ship.

You will join an established, 25+ person Salesforce team working in close collaboration with Engineering Leadership, Salesforce Developers, and Product Managers as an embedded member of their Salesforce Engineering team.

The task at hand is to reimagine how their sales infrastructure works from the ground up.

Seller Systems Overhaul: You'll lead the charge in dismantling point solution bloat, optimizing front-end experiences that sellers actually want to use, and rebuilding core components that make sense.

Infrastructure Evolution: At this scale, the Service Cloud foundation is a beautiful mess of complexity. You'll dive deep into the systems architecture, working alongside the team to simplify the complicated, thinking less about maintaining what exists, and more about building what should be.

You will serve as an embedded member of their Salesforce Engineering team, working in close collaboration with Engineering Leadership, Salesforce Developers, and Product Managers.

This is a full-time (40 hour/week) engagement as an Independent Contractor with an expected duration of 6-12+ months. We are aiming to begin interviews within the next week or two with a target start date at the end of February.
