This project is with an Enterprise SaaS customer in the Developer Tooling & Security space. Today, the company has 1,200+ total employees and a Go-to-Market org growing headcount ~20% YOY with an established internal Enterprise Applications & Salesforce team in place.
As they continue scaling the capabilities of the internal team, this role will help to add critical capacity on a variety of strategic initiatives.
Project Overview
Developing Sales, Marketing and Support automation solutions while partnering with stakeholders across different business units.
Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems that support our sales and marketing processes
Collaborating with team members to deliver high quality solutions in a timely manner
Analyzing and identifying gaps in functional and business requirements; discussing and elaborating with product owners on required changes that align with the Salesforce stack and architecture
Building integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, Auth and Single Sign on, as well as Heroku Connect and other data management systems
